I haven't monitored the processes with sysstat although I suppose I could do that if needed. Overall the average load is low on both servers, even though on one of them it's averaging about 600 MB/hour in site traffic, and I think there are probably over 1000 messages processed daily on that server. As long as load average stays under 1.0 in top, I am a happy camper.
I bet if I also installed ClamAV to scan message attachments that would use more proc time though.
